Government funding and Tax-Free Childcare

We accept all types of funding, Government funding for working parents and Together for Two’s.
You will need to provide your government gateway code or Together for Two’s code to the Nursery. You will need to complete a parental declaration form allowing the nursery to claim your funding.
Payment methods
Direct debit or BACS will be collected from your chosen account, on the 5th of each month, and invoices will be created and sent via the Famly app. The invoice will be generated and sent at least 7 days before the payment will be collected.
Tax-Free Childcare
As well as Childcare funding you can use a tax-free childcare account to save 20% on your childcare fees.
For working families, including the self-employed, in the UK
Earning under £100k and an average of £167 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage) each over three months
Who aren’t receiving Tax Credits, Universal Credit or childcare vouchers
With children aged 0-11 (or 0-16 if disabled)
For every £8 you pay into an online account, the government will add an extra £2, up to £2,000 per child per year

Opening Information Our Nursery is open Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 6:00pm (8.00am to 6.00pm)
We are open 51 weeks of the year with the exception of bank holidays, staff professional development days 3 and one-week shut down over the Christmas period with an early closure at 13:00pm on Christmas Eve. Fees are generated per day service received and invoiced accordingly via the Famly app.

Fees include all meals and snacks prepared on site by our Nursery cook.
Minimum of 2 full days and 3 half sessions are required for all nursery sessions

Our registration Fee is £100.00 (non-refundable). Deposit of £250.00 which will be deducted from your first Month’s Fees (this amount is non-refundable if your child does not start with Kids Nursery). To secure your place please transfer a total sum of £350.00 to the bank account details below using your child’s name as a reference.
