Through our nurturing approach and strong partnerships with families, children develop a love of learning and the foundations they need to thrive at school and beyond.<br \/><strong>Tracking<\/strong> <br \/>Each child will have tracking assessment completed termly. This will be complete by your child\u2019s Key worker or secondary key worker. <br \/>Your child will also have a baseline assessment completed with in the first 6 weeks. <br \/>All children aged 2 will have a Intergrated 2 year review completed by their key worker or secondary key worker.<br \/><strong>Transition to other settings \u2013 PVIs \/ Nursery Classes \/ Reception Classes <\/strong><br \/>Provision for 3\u20134-year-olds is adapted over the years to provide more adult-led activities. Secure assessments and the regular monitoring of these enable our staff to identify gaps so they can adapt provision to ensure that children have the skills they need for starting school.<\/p><p>Where appropriate we plan transition TAC meetings, ensuring our strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies, including Children\u2019s Services, Early Years Inclusion Team, health visitors etc.<\/p><p>Our settings aim to provide additional support for parents and carers of children less likely to make a secure start. We may accompany these families to their new settings if appropriate and help them choose the most appropriate settings, reacting swiftly to provide support.<\/p><p>Transition for children transferring to other nurseries will be set with the above standards and expectations.<\/p><p><strong>Staffing<\/strong><br \/>At Kids Nursery we believe that high-quality care and education begin with a skilled, passionate, and knowledgeable team. Our staff are the heart of our setting, and we are proud to have a team of early years practitioners who are committed to supporting every child\u2019s learning and development in a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment.<br \/>All of our practitioners hold relevant early years qualifications, with a minimum level 3 or above in Childcare and Early Education. Our team also includes members who are qualified at Level 6, or further professional development. We ensure that staff qualifications meet or often exceed the statutory requirements set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.<br \/>At Kids Nursery, we are committed to providing high-quality care and education through a team of well-trained, knowledgeable, and passionate practitioners.
